India’s electric scooter manufacturing company Ampere Electric uas launched its new electric scooter as the name of Ampere Nexus which is available at Rs 1.1 lakh to Rs 1.2 lakh.

The Ampere Nexus has been made under the NXG concept that will be shown at Auto Expo 2023. It is quite different from the other Ampere scooter. It is family friendly and gives good performance.
It is a made in India electric scooter scooter. It is completely designed and manufactured at the company’s facility at Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. It is powered by a 3 kWh LFP lithium-ion battery that offers 136 km range on a single charge. It is connected with a mid-mounted motor that produces a peak of 4kW; the company claims a top speed of 93 km/h.
By the standard charger, it takes 3.5 hours to charge. I am not sure about the percent of charge. The scooter will enter a ‘Limp home’ mode when the battery dips below 20 percent SOC.
The Ampere provides a 6.5 inch LED display that offers lots of features like bluetooth, Speed, battery life, range and more. It comes with five riding modes and a hill-hold function.
It has telescope suspension at the front fork along with dual rear shock absorber. It offers disc brakes in front and drum brakes at the rear wheel. The scooter runs on 12-inch wheels with 90/90 section tyres at both ends.

The Ampere Nexus electric scooter is a family scooter with a comfortable pavilion. It is available in four colours that are Zanskar Aqua, Lunar White, Steel Grey and Indian Red.
The Nexus comes with two variants only. The 6.5 inch led display , Nexus variants, is available at Rs 1.1 lakh (ex-showroom ). And the top variant, TFT display Nexus scooter is available at Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom).
Anyone can book this Nexus scooter from Ampere official website at Rs 499 . Later, the price will be increased by Rs 10,000.
