BYD is very close to top electric vehicles manufacturing company Tesla in terms of sales. Both the companies are simultaneously competing with each other.
Slowly, BYD is close to surpassing Tesla in sales figures, due to delivery decline in over a year. In the three months up to 30th September, BYD sold 431,603 units electric vehicles and Tesla sold 4,31,603 units electric vehicles worldwide in the same period. Only there are 3,456 unit electric car gaps between the two brands.
