As per the data from FADA, Ranaut is the 10th position in terms of selling vehicles in India. To strengthen their position,the company is going to launch new model cars in India.
The company officials said that they are to launch an affordable segment electric car including ICE engine car. At least , you can see two battery EV in India by 2025.
According to reports, they may launch the KWid EV in India which is a hatchback electric car. The price of this KWid electric vehicle is under 10 lakh. Right now it is selling in Europe under the name of Spring Electric.
In terms of Specifications, KWid EV comes with a 26.8 kWh battery pack which offers 225 kilometres range on a single charge. It also offers a 30 kW DC fast charger that offers to charge 0 to 80 percent below 1 hour. It is connected with a powerful motor which outputs 44 hp and 125 Nm peak torque.
It may compete with Tata Tiago EV, mahindra SUV400 and Citroen eC3.
