Goa based Kabira Mobility unveiled India’s fastest electric bike the KM 5000 with 300 kilometers of range. The KM 5000 is an electric cruiser with a mid-drive powertrain that offers a top speed of up to 188 kilometers per hour making it the fastest electric bike on Indian roads.
Coming to the electric bike specifications, the motor is equipped with a 11.6 kilowatt hour water cooled LFP battery pack which offers 344 kilometers of range on a single charge. The bike has two types of charging options, fast charging 0 to 80 percent in less than 2 hours and a standard charger for overnight charging.
The bike also features a 7-inch smart touchscreen, digital dashboard with 4G connectivity, navigation, music control and in-depth vehicle information.
The KM 5000 is equipped with front and rear disc brakes with dual Channel ABS. The bike is fitted with nitrox rear suspension and inverted frog suspension.
The price of the KM 5000 starts at 3 lakh 15,000 rupees. The company will launch this electric bike at the end of 2023.
