The Matter Aere electric bike comes with two variants-5000 and 5000+. It has a 5kWh battery that offers 125 km range.
Ahmedabad based electric two wheelers company Matter Energy announced that Matter Aera electric bike booking will start from 17 May 2023.
The company said that the customers can book this bike on Matter’s official website as well as on Flipkart. The booking is available in only 25 cities including Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar and more.
In terms of Specifications, the Matter Aera electric bike is available in two variants- 5000 and 5000+. The two variants are equipped with a 5 kWh lithium-ion battery which provides a maximum 125 km range on a single charge. It is powered by a Powerful 10.5 kW electric motor and it is belt driven.This generates 95 kmph top speed.
The best feature is its liquid cooled technology that provides a safe and long journey to the bike.
The Matter e-bike overall weight is 180 kg where 40kg is its battery weight. It is the first electric bike which comes with four gearboxes. And the features like 7-inch led display, bluetooth connectivity, anti theft system, digital on/off, OTA updates and more.

The Matter Aera 5000 electric scooter is available at Rs 144,000 and 5000+ is available at Rs 154,000 with more specifications. This price is available with FAME-ll subsidies but not included state subsidy. The company is planning to launch it with four variants in the future.
Matter Energy is operating with 20 dealership across the country and only one experience centre is available in Ahmedabad. The company claims that more than 100 dealerships will be available this year,2023.
