One of the most delayed electric bikes is the Oben Rorr. Recently the company has announced its delivery date updates. But the bad news is the company has increased the oven Rorr electric bike price.
Bengaluru based startup company Oben Rorr electric bike was launched first electric bike. It is a high performance electric bike which offers 100 km/h top speed and acceleration 0 to 40 kmph in just 3 seconds. It is connected with a powerful IPSM electric motor which generates 10 kW peak power.
In terms of battery, Oben Rorr is Powered by a 4.4 kWh LFP battery which gives a maximum 200 km range. Recently the company decreased the IDC range which is 187 kms on a single charge. That means the Oben Rorr electric bike provides 150 to 170 km range in Echo modes.
This bike has three riding modes Echo, City and Havoc modes. In Echo modes its range is 50 kmph, in City modes is 70 kmph and Havoc modes is 100 kmph.
This Oben Rorr electric bike comes with a fast charger that takes 0 to 80 percent in just 2 hours and with a 15 amp charger it takes 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.

In 2020, the company has announced its price is 1 lakh rupees in Maharashtra after the state and central government subsidies. In 2022, Oben Rorr launched a new electric bike and promises that it will be delivered later this year. But after a 1 year delay, Oben Rorr posted a post on Instagram on binary numbers and told them to guess the number. This means this number shows it is 26 April,2023. It will deliver from Bengaluru and after that it will deliver to other cities like Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra,Pune.

But the company increased its price to 1,49,999 lakh (ex-showroom) rupees. This is Rs 25,000 more than the existing price. That could be seen how customers react after the price increase. Already customers are angry about the 1 year delay.
