Ola S1 battery: Ola S1 electric scooter comes with 3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. It is an MNC chemistry battery which gives 800 to 1000 life cycles. Recently we have seen ev fire incident in India.
That means The Ola S1 range is 141 kms, then this scooter’s battery warranty is 141×1000=141000 kms.
Ampere Primus battery: Ampere Primus electric scooter comes with the same 3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. It is LFP chemistry which gives 1500 to 2000 life cycles.
That means Ampere range is 120 kms and this scooter’s battery warranty is 120×2000=240000 kms.
It shows Ampere is a clear winner in terms of battery quality.

Ola S1 motor, top speed, range: Ola is connected with an 8.5 kW electric motor which generates 58 Nm torque. For this reason Ola scooter’s top speed is 95 km/h. And it acceleration 0 to 40 kmph in just 3.8 seconds. It is long range electric scooter and goes up to 141 kms on a single charge.
Ampere Primus motor, top speed, range: Ampere is connected with an 4 kW electric motor which generates 36 Nm torque. For this reason Primus scooter’s top speed is 77 km/h. And it acceleration 0 to 40 kmph in just 4.2 seconds. It is long range electric scooter. But as compared to it goes up to 120 kms on a single charge.

Ola S1 Features: Ola S1 has a 5-inch display. In front telescopic suspension and monoshock suspension at rear. It has strong disc brakes on both sides.
And other features like anti theft system, digital speedometer, remotely on/off and more.

Conclusion
After comparing Ola S1 and Ampere Primus electric scooter, it shows Ola S1 is clearly the winner in terms of colours, performance, features and price.
But the only drawback is Ola comes with an MNC battery and Ampere has LFP(lithium ferro phosphate). LFP chemistry battery’s thermal management system is very good. So, it gives safety from catching fire incidents.
Vice versa, The design of Ampere scooter is better than Ola. Because Ampere’s design is similar to a conventional ICE engine scooter.
