Mahindra & Mahindra tied up with three electric vehicles infra partner-jio-bp, Statiq and Charge + Zone for affordable charging solution

India’s one of the leading car manufacturing companies Mahindra & Mahindra on Wednesday said that they have tied up three top most electric vehicles partners- jio-bp, Statiq and charge + zone – to make infrastructure for EV and to offer an affordable charging solution for the upcoming range of passenger electric vehicles.

Mahindra is planning with three partner to make a robust first charging infrastructure and e-mobility solution across the India. All the charging stations will be seamlessly accessible and connected with GPS systems that help to easily find Mumbai based automakers, said in a statement.

In 2022 Mahindra launched its  electric vehicles SUV- SUV 400.

Earlier this year the company also revealed the new upcoming electric vehicles in the event in the UK. These new electric vehicles may be launched in India over the next few years.

Mahindra & Mahindra president – Automotive Division Beejay Nakra said in a statement 

” We are looking forward to bringing sustainable, profitable and affordable EV solutions in the future all over India. The ecosystem will increase mass adoption of battery electric vehicles in India. We are very happy to join hands with all over partners for our new upcoming range of electric vehicles in India”.

In India, there is lots of potential for electric vehicles. But we are suffering from infrastructure like charging facilities. There are only a few cities, this facility is available.

This partnership with these three partners makes a huge boost on electric vehicles infrastructure. Also it will boost electric vehicles sales in India. It will help in moving forward towards achieving India’s net-zero goals , he added.
