The recently displayed Okaya Faast Electric Scooter price is Rs 89,999/- ( not including Central and state government subsidy). You can book the e-scooter online or through company dealerships at a down payment of Rs 1999. Okaya Faast will start all deliveries from January-end. This scooter will compete with Ola Electric S1 and S1 Pro, TVs iQube, Ather 450X, Bounce Infinity E1 and Bajaj Chetak among others.
Specifications of Okaya Faast Electric Scooter
Okaya Faast Electric Scooter comes with LED headlamp with LED instrument cluster and combined braking system while it is completely IOT enabled. Its muscular sporty body creates a handsome look. It sports a dual tone paint side in red, gray, green and white colour options with angular mirrors, flat footboard and single flat seat, while it rides on designer wheels. The scooter provides under seat storage capacity along with added specifications have not been revealed as on date.
Okaya Faast Battery Specifications
The newly showcased Okaya Faast electric scooter is powered by 4.4 kW lithium ion phosphate battery. It can give you 60-70 kmph top speed and the company claims it can go up to 150 kms on single charge which can be extended to 200kms per charge under certain riding conditions. The company claims that the Okaya Faast could be one of the longer running e-scooters in its segment.
Okaya Faast comes with disc/drum brakes or a combination of both for improved braking performance. The suspension of front is standard telescopic fork and dual shock unit at Okaya Electric vehicles is planning to expand its two wheeler segment across India. So, the company is going to set up 225 dealerships across the country in 6 months and has also created fast charging infrastructure for its range e-scooter .
The company has also showcased its Ferrato electric motorcycle at the EV Expo with launch plans. Set for the second quarter of FY22. The Ferrato sports bike comes with 2 kW and 3 kW battery options of accelerating to speed upto 80-90 km/h and a range of around 100 kms.
