We all know,in the future electric vehicles are going to replace our fuel engine vehicles in two,three and four wheeler sections. So, we are seeing various automobile companies developing and launching their electric vehicles in India and also worldwide. In the future we can see a lot of new companies are trying to enter and  develop electric vehicles. The most recent example is Tamilnadu based automotive startup company Boom Motors has unveiled its Corbett electric bike.

The electric bike comes with a strong 2.3 kWh  lithium ion battery which can double the battery capacity of 4.6kWh by adding an optional battery. The company also claims that the bike can run upto 200 kilometres with this 4.6 kWh battery capacity. The batteries are well coated swappable and this can be portable. The electric bike has a portable regular  15A household socket. The EV can hit a 75 kmph top speed with its two battery options and also can carry 200 kgs loading, and can climb the steepest gradients in our cities, the company claims.

The battery on the vehicles is completely well protected, fireproof and very long testing, states Boom Motors. The company provides a 5- years warranty on the battery and a 7- years warranty on the chassis.  The company brand also offers a 5- year  EMI plan when you go to buy the bike, thanks to the company the EMI will reduce to as low as Rs 1,699 per month. The most highlighted features of this electric bike, Boom Corbett, has started from 12 Nov, 2021 for a minimum token amount of just Rs 499. The company is also offering a discount of Rs 3,000. Deliveries of this electric bike will commence starting January, 2022.
